Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon matcha green tea powder

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend milk, avocado, ice, vanilla protein powder, and matcha green tea powder together in a blender until smooth.
I use Spiru-tein vanilla protein powder.
