Bittersweet Recipe ⇉ Bittersweet Raspberry and Parsley Smoothie

This smoothie is great for in the morning. The mango and raspberries balance out the bitterness of the grapefruit and kick-start your taste buds. Pumpkin seeds add protein to fuel your day, while parsley is great for detoxing your liver. You can substitute kale for the spinach.
