Breakfast and Brunch Recipe ‹ Sugar-Free PB&J Smoothies

This is a favorite breakfast at our house on busy days when I can't cook a full meal. It is also nice for a an easy snack in the afternoons.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend strawberries, milk, peanut butter, oats, and honey together in a blender until smooth.
Use any frozen fruit you like in place of the strawberries. I like to use mixed frozen berries; I also use raw honey and natural, crunchy peanut butter. But I have used pasteurized honey and peanut butter that wasn't all-natural and it turns out great every time!
