Antioxidant Recipe ⇝ Antioxidant King

This is my favorite smoothie with many health benefits. It looks great and tastes the same. The avocado gives it a real creamy texture.

Ingredients

  • ¼ fresh pineapple, peeled
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple, quartered
  • 1 small beet, top and bottom trimmed
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach, or to taste
  • ¼ cup mixed berries, or to taste
  • ½ banana
  • ½ avocado, peeled
  • 3 ice cubes

Cooking Directions

  1. Process pineapple, apple, beet, and spinach through a juicer.
  2. Blend juice, berries, banana, avocado, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
