Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups almond milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine almond milk, oats, banana, hemp seeds, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, coconut sugar, agave nectar, raspberries, cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla extract in a pot; mix until well combined with a wooden spoon.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, 20 to 30 minutes.
You can use cashew milk instead of almond milk, or another non-dairy milk.
