Yogurt Recipe − Berry-Mango Smoothie with Yogurt

This is a yummy protein-packed smoothie with fresh or frozen raspberries, blueberries, mango, and Greek yogurt. Add extra protein powder, if you like, or a banana for a thicker smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh mango - peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine raspberries, blueberries, mango, yogurt, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
You can use water or coconut milk instead of milk; Fresh raspberries and blueberries can be used in place of frozen. If using fresh fruit, add 1/2 cup ice and skip the milk.
